The campaign lifecycle
A campaign is mozie's unit of orchestration. Every creator you add moves through one ordered lifecycle, and mozie (or your team) drives each step. Because mozie holds the state of every creator at once, you always know the true status of a campaign without asking anyone, and agents can act on what comes next.
The stages
Each creator in a campaign sits at exactly one stage. The pipeline runs left to right:
- Sourced – added from Discovery or a Collection.
- Outreach – first contact goes out from your connected inbox.
- Deal terms – you propose a fee and deliverables; the creator accepts, counters, or declines.
- Contract – drafted from the agreed terms, sent, and signed.
- Deliverables – the creator submits content; you approve or request changes.
- Live – a tracking link is generated, the creator posts, and the live URL is captured.
- Payment – invoice, payment, and close.
The whole roster is visible in one view, so you can see who is waiting on you, who is waiting on the creator, and who is done, at a glance.
Why it's a state machine, not a checklist
Because every stage is a real state on the creator's row, mozie can reason about the campaign:
- Agents act on the next step. Draft the outreach, chase a quiet reply, generate a tracking link, or nudge for a deliverable, in the app or from your AI tools.
- One thread per creator. Every message and action, across email, Instagram, and WhatsApp, is tied to that creator's deal, so context never scatters.
- Status is derived, not reported. No one has to assemble an update; the pipeline is the update.
This is what lets mozie run one campaign or a hundred with the same effort.
Roadmap
Automated stage transitions and follow-through (moving a creator forward or nudging on a schedule without a manual click) are rolling out. Today the stages are explicit and mozie surfaces the next best action at each one.
