Keep every conversation in one inbox
The job: stop losing creator threads across Gmail, DMs, and WhatsApp. Keep them in one place, tied to the deal.
When you'd do this: you're running outreach and want one place to see who's waiting on you.
The path
1. Connect your channels. Go to Settings → Integrations and connect the channels you use:
- Gmail – send outreach and sync replies. Mozie queries recent inbound mail and retains messages only when it can match them to a Mozie campaign thread.
- WhatsApp Business – connect with Meta, or with an access token.
- Instagram – reply to creator DMs after they message your account.
2. Work from the inbox. Every message lands in one inbox, grouped by what needs you: Needs attention, Replies, Review needed, and Waiting. Each thread shows the creator's current stage in the deal, so you always know where things stand.
3. Reply from your own account. Pick the channel and reply; it goes out from your connected account, not a generic mozie address. mozie can also draft a suggested reply that you approve, edit, or reject before it sends.
You're done when
Your creator conversations live in mozie, each tied to its campaign and stage.
Channel rules worth knowing:
- Instagram is reply-only. You can respond after a creator messages you first, within their reply window. You can't cold-DM from mozie.
- WhatsApp freeform replies work within 24 hours of the creator's last message. Outside that window, use an approved template.
